Préparation
- Cook the sushi rice and let it cool.
- Prepare the vinegar mixture, soy sauce and oil sesame by mixing well.
- Prepare the vegetables and the SOLMON®. For that, put them and cut them into thin slices.
- Arrange the rice at the bottom of a bowl and add the different ingredients individually above. Drizzle the marinade and sprinkle the preparation with the seeds of squash and sesame.
Advice : You can add wasabi or a spicy sauce.
