Préparation
- Cut zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms in small pieces.
- Brown the zucchini and mushrooms in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Bake the broccoli with water about 7 minutes al dente.
- Spread the pizza dough then put the coulis on it. Dare the other ingredients.
- Bake 15 min at 200° C (thermostat 6-7).
- 3 minutes before the end, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Advice : You can serve it with a small rocket salad.
