Veggie quiche with SOLMON® and zucchini

Préparation
- Grate the zucchini and brown them in the frying pan that they have made all their water.
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan.
- Cut the 2 slices of SOLMON® and line in the back of the pie.
- Beat the eggs and the fresh cream with pepper. Caution with the salt because SOLMON® is already salty!
- Spread the zucchini on the SOLMON® and add the preparation.
- Bake Th 7-8 for about 45 min.
